Special Independence Day buffet lunch celebrating Bajan dishes and traditions on Monday, November 30th, 2026 at The Atlantis Historic Inn on the East Coast. Menu includes Bajan chicken soup with mini dumplings, a salad bar, rice and peas, saltfish rice, three-cheese macaroni pie, Bajan fried flying fish, rum BBQ chicken, black belly lamb stew, cou-cou, fish cakes, and desserts such as conkies, cassava pone, Bajan cherry bread pudding, sugar cakes and tamarind balls. Priced at BBD $140 per adult and BBD $70 per child aged 3-12. Prices include VAT and are subject to a 12.5% service charge (15% for parties of 8 or more) and 2.5% TPDL.
