Meet the international chefs at the 2026 Barbados Food & Rum Festival. Rise & Rum: The Breakfast Beach Party ("Bridgetown Early Saturday Morning") is on Saturday 7th November at 4AM at Copacabana, Bay Street, St. Michael, with Chef Aiko Rudder-Jones. Liquid Gold Feast ("These Fields and Hills") is on Sunday 8th November at 7PM at CARIFESTA House, Waterford, with chefs Debra Sardinha, Wandile Mabaso, Kareen Coco Linton, Fatmata Binta, Jae-Anthony Dougan-Holder and Jason Howard. The festival is part of the Barbados 60th Independence celebrations. Tickets are sold at CS Pharmacy, NuLook Company, Mpowered, Très Classe Boutique, A&B Music Supplies, Visual Oasis, the Lotto Booth in Speightstown, the National Cultural Foundation, and online at ticketnation.bb.
