The menu features a range of traditional Barbadian dishes including Pudding and Souse ($20), Buljol with Ground Provisions ($15), Pickle Chicken Feet and Necks ($20), Pigtails ($25), Souse w Pigtails ($25), Lean w Pigtails ($28), Lean Souse ($25), Pickle Shrimp ($27), Pickle SeaCat ($25), Pickle Seafood ($40), Extra Pudding ($4), and Extra Pickle ($2). Also available: Cou Cou & Saltfish ($25, served with pickle cucumber, steam sweet potato and frizzle salt fish) and Cou Cou & Steam Fish ($27, served with pickle cucumber, steam sweet potato and steam fish).
