The buffet-style Bajan feast includes cou-cou and flying fish, a fish cake station, fried pork station, pig tails, whole fish and barbecue chicken from the grill, roast breadfruit, freshly baked salt bread and sweet bread, a snow cone station, local sweet treats, cane, coconut water and rum, and island beverages (mauby, golden apple, lemonade, thyme lemonade, passion fruit, coconut water).
