<h3>Saladini Pilastri Rosso Piceno is a faithful expression of the appellation with a typical ruby red colour and a characteristic intense, fruity bouquet and revealing notes of cherry and strawberry with hints of menthol. On the palate, it is dry and harmonious, tannic and spicy. 13.5% ABV.</h3> <p>It pairs perfectly with cured meats and cheeses, legume-based soups, and red meats, both roasted and grilled. It is also an excellent match for pizza.</p>
